All amenities are located everywhere so you live at your circle without the feeling of overcrowding. Especially the rooms on the groundfloor at Palm tree court were excellent. It was our second visit, and we plan to visit again.

Actually we liked everything

The rooms are spacious and clean

Besides the rooms being clean, nothing else was. The resort is not well kept, and it’s not being cleaned after guests regularly. In the kids small splash pad there was a dirty diaper on the floor and this is one of the many observations about hygiene. The staff didn’t have a clue about the resort; each time we ask for directions or assistance they either give wrong answer or just simply say I don’t know. Food orders by the pool stops at 4 which is super inconvenient since checking in is at 3.We are a family of 4 with a baby who’s always on the stroller and the way to some pools requires going through the grass and sand to get to which doesn’t make sense at all.This is by far a 4 stars resort max. This isn’t the service nor the hygiene of a 5 stars resort in Dubai.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. We found a swimming suit from another person behind the bathroom door.

The hotel is simply amazing in all aspects. I particularly love that the resort has many different pools for all ages. We love the peacocks wondering around. My kids call this place: "The Peacock Hotel".... ;)

Honestly nothing.

Everything about the property was exceptional! From the beautiful greenery and peacocks roaming freely around to the soflty decorated serene bungalows overlooking lush landscapes. The service was outstanding all around and shows the dedication of a unified team to ensuring a guest is truly cared for! What’s worthy of a mention is the abundance of amenities and services available that make the hotel stand out! My family and I will definitely be looking forward to our next visit and hopefully a much longer stay!

Perfect location,amazing hotel facilities And lovely staff.

Returning to this hotel was a joy. The property is still stunning.Chef Mahdi’s dishes were exceptional—crafted with care and creativity. Bam from the buggy team was equally impressive, always cheerful and attentive.As a repeat guest, I felt truly remembered. That personal touch made my second stay even more special.

It is offering all kind of options to its customer with its many pools, beach and kids activity and peacocks are just so random and so nice to see along with the fishes all around the tiny rivers

Thé restaurants are limited for a family vacation. Some restaurants didn’t allow us in as we were wearing flip flops or didn’t have a booking and they don’t allow any order in. So they need to make more restaurant available with international cuisines as they already have 3 far locations which we can’t go on a buggy as the buggy wait in the hot weather is not at all fun for the kids

Very Bad.

Well, i will start from the check-in process. Outdated. Facilities. Complication. Untrained staff. AC was not good. Nothing was good and we checked out at the same day without stay. Very bad System in hotel. You should really consider to watch other 5stars hotels in Dubai i.e Anantara the palm.

The hotel environment and atmosphere, number of pools.

The water in the small pool behind anchor pool and in the splash pool was not clean.It took 40 minutes for a buggy to pick us up from the room and then we had to wait another 15 minutes for the second one to get to the restaurant for dinner. we booked restaurant 81 for our dinner but when we finally arrived, they said no booking is recorded!at check out, they told me that I have charge of 130 dirham on my room as I had a drink at the pool (which wasn't true) so it took them 45 minutes to process the check out! at last they realized that the charge was for the same room number but in the JA lake view and not me on the palm tree court!!
